Sweepstakes / Credits Program Official Rules

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR STAKE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES.
1. Sponsor
This program is offered by FHE Labs LTD ('Fhenix', 'Sponsor'), a company incorporated in Israel, Yigal Alon 82 St. Tel-Aviv 6789124.
2. No purchase necessary
Participation in the eligible FHEPlay games that earn Credits is free. You do not need to pay, deposit, stake, or spend any token or cryptocurrency to participate or to earn Credits.
Because participation is free, this program is a promotional sweepstakes/skill program and not a lottery or gambling. Redeeming Credits for merchandise may require you to pay any remaining balance in USDC, but earning Credits never requires payment.
3. Eligibility
Open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation.
Void in any jurisdiction where such programs are prohibited or restricted, and to any person located in or resident of a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction. We may exclude specific jurisdictions as required by any competent authority.
Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates and their immediate families may be excluded where required.
4. Program period
The program runs from 11 June 2026 until 19 July 2026 or until otherwise ended by Sponsor (the 'Program Period'). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
5. How to earn Credits
Credits are earned by participating in eligible FHEPlay games (for example, an on-chain prediction game), based on the mechanics published for each game (such as making correct predictions).
Credits are read from the relevant on-chain state; the on-chain result governs. No payment or stake is required at any step of earning Credits.
6. Nature of Credits
Credits are a promotional benefit. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, may not be sold or exchanged for cash, and may expire as stated in our terms of service.
Sponsor sets the rate at which Credits convert to a USDC-equivalent discount and may change it. The rate applied to an order is the rate in effect when the order is placed. Each item may have a minimum and maximum number of Credits redeemable per person.
7. Redemption
Credits may be redeemed in the Shop toward eligible Merch, subject to availability and per-item limits. Any balance after the Credits discount is payable in USDC from your connected wallet.
Merch is fulfilled per the Shipping & Returns Policy. Any taxes or import duties on redeemed Merch are the recipient's responsibility.
8. How Credits are determined
Credits are awarded according to the objective, published mechanics of each eligible game (for example, awarding Credits for correct predictions). Determinations by Sponsor and the on-chain results are final.
9. Disqualification and anti-abuse
Sponsor may disqualify any participant and void Credits obtained through fraud, multiple or automated accounts, exploitation of software bugs, tampering, use of another person's wallet, circumvention of geographic or sanctions controls, or any breach of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
10. Modification, suspension, and termination
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the program or these Rules at any time, including for legal, technical, or compliance reasons, without affecting Merch orders already placed and confirmed.
11. Release and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating you release Sponsor and its affiliates from claims arising out of participation or the award, redemption, or use of Credits, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Sponsor is not responsible for network, wallet, or blockchain failures outside its control.
12. Privacy
Personal data collected in connection with the program is handled per our Privacy Policy at https://fheswagshop.fhenix.io/.
13. Governing law
These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
