Privacy Policy

What we collect
To fulfil orders we collect your name, email, phone, and shipping address, and your wallet address. For security and audit we record your IP address and browser user-agent when you take sensitive actions.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
Shipping and contact details are processed to fulfil your purchase (performance of a contract). Security and audit data is processed for our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and abuse. We do not use your data for marketing.
How we protect it
Shipping and contact details are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), with the encryption key stored outside the database. Access to decrypted data is restricted to authorised administrators and recorded in an append-only audit log. Traffic is served over HTTPS.
How long we keep it
We keep shipping details only as long as needed to fulfil and account for your order. Addresses for cancelled orders are deleted promptly, and addresses for completed orders are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@fhenix.io. Note: deletion applies to the off-chain data we control; it cannot remove records already written to the public blockchain (your wallet address and on-chain payments are immutable and outside our control).
Who we share it with
We use service providers acting on our behalf: Supabase (database hosting), Privy (wallet authentication), Vercel (application hosting), and our shipping carrier (which receives your address to deliver your order). We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies & local storage
We use only functional cookies and browser storage - never advertising or cross-site tracking. The cookies keep you signed in (set by Privy, our wallet-login provider) and, for staff only, maintain an admin session for the admin area. Your cart, and any details you ask us to remember, are kept in your browser’s local storage rather than in cookies.
If you tick “Remember my details” at checkout, your shipping details are also saved in your browser’s local storage, on that device only, so you don’t have to re-enter them. This copy stays on your device and is never sent to us by that feature. It is removed when you untick the option or log out, or if you clear your browser’s site data.
